Shipping Policy

We’re delighted to mail Joy Notes by Z free of charge in the United States with the coupon code at checkout. All other items are shipped with a flat rate of $6.99. All orders are carefully processed within 3–5 business days. As a thank-you, ground shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over $100.

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout:

  • 2-day shipping: $25
  • Overnight shipping: $50

Please note that orders placed with overnight shipping on Friday will arrive the following Monday, as delivery occurs in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Kindly note that expedited shipping is not available for domestic orders that include any preorder items.

Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address. To help ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and that someone will be available to receive the package. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to take responsibility for carrier delays.

International Shipping

Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada is $15, and we’re happy to offer complimentary shipping on international orders over $200. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we’re unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost, missing, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details and ensure someone will be available to receive your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and carrier delays are outside of our control.

Processing + Delivery Times

Orders are thoughtfully processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday. To allow our team time to rest and recharge, orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Returns

All returns must be unused and in their original condition. We kindly ask that return requests be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

For items purchased on sale, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item was received faulty, damaged, or due to an error on the part of Teatimely, we will gladly reimburse both the original shipping and return shipping charges.

Once your return is received, your account will be credited within 5–10 business days, less shipping charges. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Please note that Teatimely is not responsible for return packages that are not received. We’re also unable to accept liability for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

International duties and taxes are non-refundable. For guidance on reclaiming these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs bureau.
